Great hotel. Friendly staff

Liked: Front desk clerk very nice, helpful and very professional. She went put of her way to make sure my check in was welcoming and fast. Very friendly.
Disliked: Some of the furniture was not like depicted in the website. Some stuff in the room seem old and torn.

We had a comfortable stay.

Liked: The property was clean and nicely decorated. The staff and guests were very nice. The suite was well set up for a longer stay although we only had one night.
Disliked: There was a circulation vent running nonstop that wasn’t associated with the air conditioning.

Liked: Love the room layout. Like the extra half bath. Beds were very comfy. Breakfast was great with lots of options.
Disliked: We would have preferred a closer location to the freeway. It was a bit difficult to find amongst the university layout. We've stayed at Springhill Suites before in different states and have always been pleased with everything.

We enjoyed our stay

Liked: The room was large and comfortable, we could open the windows to get fresh air in, waffles and oat meal toppings were great, we enjoyed the pool
Disliked: The amount of trash from breakfast was shocking - there was no recycling set up although the plates and some utensils seemed to be compostable. Plain english breakfast tea was not available
