Liked: Liked the room, helpfulness of the staff and the pool hours.
Disliked: 9 am is too early to end breakfast, 10 am would have been better. Guests on vacation want to be able to sleep in. Also while I love bananas, they were way too ripe. In spite of the above, overall it was an excellent visit.

Liked: how amazing the staff at the front desk were.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: When you he sliding door of the shower got broken the asked if I wanted to go to another room on the same floor and when I said yes they did move me without any problems
Disliked: Prices of bottle soda at front desk is high $

Disliked: The gym needs so upgrades one machine was broken etc.
