I will stay here again...
Liked: The staff on duty when we checked in and when we checked (one woman was the same). They were welcoming, courteous and professional.

A safe place with a...
Disliked: System down, took multiple staff hours to sign in after going paper first. Could have comped a little something for 45 min wait in lobby

Great hotel if you are...
Liked: It was close to my venue and clean.
Disliked: I have stayed here at this hotel several times in the past however this time I was charged to $250 deposit just because I have a local address. When I asked them why they're doing this and they said because locals tend to damage rooms more than the other guest. That remark put me on a defense and when I went to my actual room the luggage rack was broken. Had to check the rest of the room for damage to make sure I would get my $250 back I took pictures down of the luggage rack to the lady at the front desk and she said she documented it but I feel like this is a not a good way to treat local people that are using your establishment for any kind of reason. This new policy was not listed when I booked the accommodation if it had been listed I would have to pay a $250 deposit just because I am a local then I would have booked elsewhere.

Good
Liked: The room was nice and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The staff was not friendly and seemed inconvenienced having to help us and check us in. There were three women talking when I approached and they seemed annoyed that they had to end their conversation to work. The pool looked a lot nicer and cleaner online.

Great place if your looking...
Liked: The location, swimming pool, workout area, and breakfast I also felt this is a great place for families my kids really enjoyed the pool
Disliked: I had a hard time finding lights in the room, and no one could help me because there was only one person on site. There was no TV remote, I was able to go to the front desk to get a replacement but it would have been nice if at least two people worked at night so someone could help with assisting with the little things. One more thing, i do understand that some places ask for a credit card to put on file for just in case but to tell me that because I'm a local my deposit will be higher i had no understanding and it took two weeks for the deposit to be released
