Pleasant stay

Liked: The breakfast was good & fresh. The woman in charge of the breakfast took pride in her work and making sure all the guests were pleased. The only thing I would recommend is having decaf coffee & tea options. I cannot have caffine due to my cardiac problem.
Disliked: The staff at the front desk were not the friendliest. The cleaning person on the 1st floor could not interact with me. She didn't seem to understand me, but was a person of color, so I don't know why she could not speak to me. The hispanic woman on the 2nd floor was very polite and a good worker.

Garbage hospitality

Disliked: Treated like garbage upon arrival. First told to go away and come back 5 hours later, then told that the system was down and they couldn't find my reservation. Drove all night and was treated like a criminal.
