Expected and exceeded expectation atmosphere...

Liked: I did not take advantage of the breakfast accommodations. The location was decent, the clientele was questionable. However I did like the fact that whatever I needed from a retail experience was in close proximity to my stay. The staff the following day after my not so good experience on Friday was great my needs were met.
Disliked: On my day of checking in Friday afternoon the front desk attendant very aggressive non-professional answered concerns with a sense of me questioning her competence. I feel with that type of behavior it will ruin the success of your location and business. Maybe retraining that particular associate so that she doesn't treat another patron the same way that she treated me.
