Disliked: Last 2 times there something is always broke. This time the elevator was broken. Housekeeping has to be asked for services, they just don't clean your room daily.

Liked: Location and staff were friendly.
Disliked: everything was broken. Hot tub was down which we probably would not of used anyways. Ice machine on 3rd floor was broken so note said please use machine on 2nd floor. Machine on 2nd floor was broken so went to first floor. Elevator broke so had to use stairs. Did I mention we were on 3rd floor. Room was very noisy. Taking luggage and coolers down stairs very inconvenient. We stay there a couple times a year but it seems to be steadily declining, needs to be updated. Not what we expected from a Marriot property. Probably wont be back.

A great stay

Liked: Close to everything and the staff was really nice. Bed were comfortable

Exceptional

Liked: Front desk guy who checked me in rockstar since the booking site didn't get the reservation set up on the hotel booking system. He took the time to straighten it out for me and was very helpful. I'm greatful for his service nothing worse then long day of work and booking issues . Maid staff was very nice keeping my in towls and trash empty. Made stay very comfortable. Will use hotel again.

Best pool on our trip

Liked: Only working pool in all the hotels we used on this trip. Afternoon desk clerk helped with restaurant selection
Disliked: Parking lot was strange. Entered from the side of the building.

Liked: The location was good. The bed was comfortable and they had amazing water pressure with plenty of hot water. The breakfast was not the best the first day of our stay but the second day it was much better.
Disliked: The hotel definitely needs to be updated. The rooms seem as though they have tried some but the only overall layout of the studio with a king bed was terrible. The room seemed to have been painted but they didn’t pay attention to detail. Our window was missing the sheer curtains on one side so you couldn’t open the curtains and outer curtains needed washed, there were many dirty spots. The lighting in the bathroom and in the vanity/sink area was very dim. Also the tv didn’t work when we arrived, my husband had to mess with it for a while and eventually got it to work. Also on my side of the bed there were not any outlets or usb to charge my phone.
