Disliked: Our room windows were very breezy, when we turned the heat on it smelled like urine, there was a kitchenette with zero ammenities for dishes/soap etc, our soap dispensers in shower were empty

Not what I'm used to...

Disliked: When we arrived, there was popcorn all over the lobby floor. The latch on the window in our room was broken, so the room was freezing when we entered. There was no toilet tissue and only 3 bath towels; no washcloths or hand towels. I have attached a photo of what i saw the next morning when I tried to retrieve the key card that had fallen between the sofa cushions. I left the cushions off the sofa so the cleaning staff could see. However, when we returned to our room at 4 pm it had not been serviced at all.

Disliked: Had to wait at the counter 15 minutes for the girl to show up

Disliked: maybe better breakfast food
