Our mistake
Disliked: Not bad but also not nearly as friendly and homelike as the property on Ball Road, which is where we thought we were returning. We have stayed on Ball Road several times when we drive down from Chino Valley for medical care at Banner Health…parking, location, room configuration, and friendly staff are simply much better at the Ball Road location…we won’t be making that mistake ever again!

Bad
Liked: The idea of being there
Disliked: Loved the idea of staying there. Paid a lot. To take my family to Disney on ice. First time ever. I'm epileptic and it was a dream of mine to do this (sounds small but it's not when you face the very real chance of not having the chance to do it.) I may not be here long for my kids and it meant everything. We were turned away despite our efforts to be figure out some flexibility. No refund. No effort to help us. I live on disability and saving for this trip cost me everything. But "policy" left no room for accommodations. Just got taken for my money and offered an email saying sorry for your experience. We appreciate your feedback. But appreciating my feedback didn't change anything much. My epilepsy impairs me and it's absolutely MY job to find a way to keep up in a society designed for abled people. It's just really hard to be a contributing member to society and then be "othered". Instead of taking into consideration why there was confusion, I was offered an apology that made me feel dismissed. Instead of taken seriously. I earned my SSDI before I even made it to adult hood. It was humiliating to explain. I didn't really want to. People have a lot of negativity towards disabled people. I didn't want to be looked at as someone using a disability to gain sympathy. but it was the right thing to do. Because I just wanted some understanding. Some reasonable accommodation. I paid for crying out loud. I risked my own health to just have one "normal" (pretend to be abled) weekend with my family. They always see me ill and hospitalized and fighting just to keep my dignity. My kids have had to be mature in traumatic ways. My bf is just sacrificing a normal (not burdened by a disabled person) life. And I failed them that day we had to turn away and go home three cities away. And a thank you for your feedback email.

Very relaxed.
Liked: The hotel was very clean. I loved that the lobby was stocked with amenities like (wine, chips, candy). Loved my room. I loved the living area was separated from the bedroom area. The bed and pillows were perfect.
Disliked: Coffee maker in the room did not work, but the coffee in the lobby made up for it.
