Disliked: Charge for parking. It was not expected when I registered online. Never stayed at a hotel that charged to park in their lot.

Liked: Nothing. It was awful. Mold in the bathroom ceiling. Room was musty smelling. Bathroom door broken. Some friendly staff. No room service for two days. When she came I asked for towels and to make the bed. She handed me towels and looked at the bed at sighed and shrugged her shoulders and let out a grunt noise. I said Wow! Nevermind!!
Disliked: . I told the lady while I was checking out about all of this after she was dealing with a guest who had ants and was mad, The lady was nice, professional. She told me shed take my parking off my bill. What??!! Parking? Since when do you charge for parking??!! Awful experience. Wasted my money.

Liked: The staff has no idea how much is the incidental every employee gives me different rate ist $50 or $20 no body knows. When they have no explanation they said they charged me for tax !! I paid the tax already when i booked through booking.com why do they charge me again. They act very serious when you start questioning for reasons.
