Stay was awesome until it...

Liked: Beautiful and clean hotel,it was good coffee and a good staff
Disliked: Unsupervised pool, teenagers running and jumping in the pool, wasn’t safe for small kids, we had 3 toddlers with us and 20.00 a day parking isn’t fair it should be included in hotel prices. Next time I will pay the extra hundred to stay at the Sheraton for the same price after paying for your parking fee.

Knock, who knocks? Not housekeeping!

Liked: Breakfast but it needs fruit
Disliked: Paying for parking is crazy unless you are downtown in a major city, which this hotel is NOT! Also, on our first morning, housekeeping JUST WALKED IN WITHOUT KNOCKING OR APOLOGIZING!! When we left, she was in the hall and looked us in our faces and said NOTHING!! UNACCEPTABLE

The staff could not be...

Liked: I have stayed here frequently in recent months. The main strength is the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, which goes out of its way to treat you like family.
Disliked: N/A

Very good

Liked: The staff was nice, breakfast was good, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Charging for parking in a lot that the property owns and has no attendant/security is very odd. On top of that we were informed that since we were only staying two nights we wouldn’t be getting housekeeping services. Traveling with a small toddler means we had to take our own trash out because of diapers. Not huge issues but also pretty disappointing as both things seemed to be a bit like nickel-and-dimey. A place to park and basic housekeeping are generally standard hotel services.

The location is very nice....

Liked: Location
Disliked: Indoor pool was incredibly small and crowded. I had to call in morning and ask staff for clean sheets to be brought to my room since my son peed the bed. I called twice. I had to ask again in evening after we got back from park and even then I told them I’d wait down at the desk for them. They said sorry we have been busy all day. Breakfast food was not stocked the last hour left of breakfast. It was mostly all out.I had to wait in line to check in for 45mins. Staff said sorry for the long wait since she was the only 1 there working. Our hotel key card stopped working every single evening. So we had to constantly get it re-carded. Very very annoying.

I WILL NEVER STAY HERE...

Liked: The hotel is literally right across the street from sesame place, it made it easy to bring things we had left over from our party to the hotel even though we had our own car.
Disliked: The pool was so small, it was different from what is pictured. The water was green and smelled like so much chlorine it was over packed for such a small room the older kids who were there was jumping and splashing and bumping into you every angle you turned i had my baby in my arms and their parents had to keep repeating to them to watch the baby. The hot tub was also so small the older kids were also hogging the hot tub they didn’t let anyone else sit around the tub. i felt dirty being in that water stayed in there with my baby and family for about 10-15 minutes before we all said let’s go very disappointed with the pool. Upon checking in because we came earlier than our check in time becauae the sun outside was too hot for my elderly mother we decided to check in early while checking in we heard the front deak lady tell a guest who called and asked if someone can go into their room and take a picture of their receipt or something in that manner because they didnt want the cleaning people to throw their receipt out that the hotel barely clean the rooms and they wouldn’t have to worry because no one would go into their rooms and clean or move anything so their receipt will be there, wtf I couldn’t believe my ears if i didnt pay for my room in advance i would have walked right the hell out of there. We were charged a extra early $30 check in fee because my elderly mother started feeling dizzy becauae of the sun beaming on her head. The beds in the room was comfortable but thats about it the lay out of the room is ridiculous and you can tell not fully thought about. There is no sink by the microwave the only sink is in the bathroom imagine having to wash your baby bottles in the bathroom we had to go out and buy a sanitizing station from the nearby walmart, the garbage cans stunk like it wasnt cleaned in a while with brown stuff stuck on the bottom but then again she did say it was barely ever cleaned.
