Disliked: The control for the room air conditioner is placed under a luggage stand that does move. It is difficult to access this to raise or lower temperature setting.

Liked: The lady that was on the desk when we checked in without a doubt was one of the most pleasant receptionist we’ve ever met at a hotel my wife and me both are in our 70s so we’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and she was the best we’ve ever seen
