It was ok, not what...

Liked: Breakfast was good, there was a variety of goodies to choose from and they were delicious.
Disliked: Service at dinner could have been better and the refrigerator didn’t work in the room, plus there was mold on the shower and the room didn’t smell right. Had to shorten our stay. Spent the Monday night there. Spend Tuesday night away at another hotel and then spent Wednesday night and checked out Thursday. I would not stay there again

Pleasant

Liked: The suite with couch and desk, allowed for comfortable lounging and watching tv without being in/on bed. The room with two beds, also included a separate water closet, convenient for two adults.Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Rooms are only cleaned upon request but no notification was given at check in, so ask for towels! Rooms do not have usb ports for chargers so bring your chargers. Plugs and towel bars are inconveniently placed, instead of near the sink, across the room over the toilet, an odd design.

Liked: The bathrooms had hair or dirt in corners which was noticeable & I wasn’t sure if sheets were clean (saw other hair that wasn’t mine on them). Please improve in this area.
Disliked: See above.

Liked: Each day there was something not right. One day I found an apple that was clearly rotting. I set it out of the bowl for the attendants only to find it back in the bowl the next day.A couple of days I could not find anyone to refill the waffle batter, and had to remind them to put out the coffee. I never saw anyone cleaning tables for future guests. There were children coughing on the food trays. I think if there had been a presence in the serving area folks would be more mindful.
Disliked: The shower had quite a bit of moldy looking debris caught up in the plastic at the bottom of the shower door. I can only assume that attention isn’t paid to address that.I found a prior guest’s hair product splatters on the shower wall. I left it to see if the cleaners caught it the next day but they hadn’t. If the showers were cleaned properly the residue wouldn’t have been there .The toliet had unsightly build up at the bowl drain, which was quite motile when you approach the toliet. This is a maintenance issue.
