Horrible do not book here

Disliked: staff was super rude and I could not find parking needs were horrible and it gave SpringHill a bad look I have never experienced a horrible place like this before breakfast was horrible

Liked: The hotel was adequate. Nothing exceptional.
Disliked: The hot breakfast was unavailable for one of our two mornings. The pool could use a little maintenance.

Superb

Liked: Pretty nice place. Close to the highway. Simple and clean. Good place to crash at night. Plenty of parking. Pretty good breakfast. Coffee and water provided all day.
Disliked: Missing a safebox. Scrambled eggs felt like plastic.

Good enough - but I’d...

Liked: Loved the blackout curtains in the room. Liked how big the room was - and the location. Staff at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: The shower was dirty - we didn’t even use it because I didn’t feel comfortable. The bed was below average - the pillows would go flat the second your head touched them. The couch in the room had stains on it.
