Disliked: Here are some of the issues I encountered at this hotel.First - at approximately 2:00 on Thursday, June 19, a male employee entered my room, uninvited. He did NOT knock. The Do Not Disturb sign was on the doorknob.Had I not had the bar on the door, he would have gotten into my room. I was changing in the bathroom to go to the pool. I had a minor in the room. I am very afraid for her safety and emotional health. She asked me several times if that man was going to come in our room again. We did not sleep well - any night - especially Thursday night. This was TERRIFYING. I never felt completely safe in this hotel. It felt old and broken. There was water in the bottom of the fridge - daily. The freezer portion of the fridge had been removed.It was marginal at best.Apparently if you were a guest more than one night, you were supposed to request service THE DAY BEFORE. I was never told this. The comforter on the bed was torn - photos attached - the beds were OLD and very uncomfortable.I was never given wifi info.The bathroom had weird black spots all over the place. It has a weird white thing on the counter.Multiple times, I waited 20 minutes for an elevator. If you got an elevator in five minutes, you were happy. Three elevators for a 14 floor building is not to code.

Disliked: There was no cleaning in the room for a week of stay. We forgot a bag with creams and children's toys on a deck chair near the pool. She disappeared without a trace, nothing helped her get back, we turned to the reception, asked the staff near the pool, no one returned the bag. The hotel is crowded, the elevators can't cope with the flow of people. Very small breakfast area, a lot of people, if you didn't have time to have breakfast before 9 a.m., the doors may be closed in front of you.

Family Beach Vacation

Liked: The hotel is very clean and located right on the beach with a beautiful view. The lobby area has ceiling to floor windows facing the beach...this is also where you eat breakfast so it's a very nice view. Beds were very comfortable (pillows are not- very flat), and the hotel is extremely quiet at night.
Disliked: Elevators are extremely slow, and when they finally do make it to you, they're jammed packed. We opted to take the stairs several times. There is a breakfast buffet every day, but it was the same things offered all 5 days we were there. You need to get up early if you plan to eat because the tables get full quickly. Parking is $20 a day (which is posted on their website - so that wasn't a surprise). However, the $7+ processing fee and taxes to pay the parking fee was extremely off-putting. For this reason alone, I will not stay at this location again. The price vs. the amenities offered are not aligned.
