Disappoint

Liked: Location was central , pool
Disliked: Attitude and miserable nature of staff. We stayed 4 nights, the room was not cleaned once , we had to empty our own bins, ask for toilet role & towels, 4 of us in a room and one one occasion asked for 4 towels only for the cleaner to insist we only had 3. Having completed an excellent road trip down from San Francisco this hotel was stand out for its poor attitude, the staff seem generally unhappy . 2 were very nice, everyone else would probably benefit from training or getting a new job. Marriott needs to visit this place as a spot check, poor

Room is pretty nice.

Disliked: A bit too expensive but I think its because it was coachella weekend. Breakfast is meh not so many selections.

Liked: Not impressed at all, would not recommend
Disliked: The hotel staff couldn’t have been less interested and barely muttered an acknowledgement. The rooms were not cleaned or service in the entire duration of our stay. We had to locate a cleaning maid to get replacement towels and to ask for toilet paper. Considering this hotel is within the Marriott collection of hotels I’m absolutely speechless that as a brand they would allow this to happen. We paid €1,700 for 4 nights. Utterly shameful. The breakfast was served on paper plates and with plastic cutlery. Never in my entire 50 years have I been to a hotel who had such wasteful concept to serve breakfast on throwaway packaging.

Disliked: Air conditioning system in the room. Very load, unable to shut it off. Shower doors backwards, shower faucet behind the door. Doors to the bathroom hard to open.

Liked: Location close to shopping and restaurant

Disappointing

Liked: My child drank chocolate milk from their breakfast and almost threw up, it was expired. Staff were very unfriendly and unhelpful. Beds were uncomfortable.
