Disliked: The staff Sebastian. I came in to the hotel and this guys Sebastian was there and i was with somebody and we went to use the pool table we were having trouble and then i notice the person that was with me ask for help to sebastian in front desk and he try to help but then he was flurting with the guy that was with me giving him his personalInstagram and telling him he has any question or help to contact him personally in instagram that is not acceptable he is there to work not give out his instagram and without knowing if that guy was with me or not he shouldnt be giving personalInstagram and saying contactme throu there for help.

Disliked: Rooms lack cleanliness, hairs on sheets on first night , called reception and was as lied to go downstairs because only 1 person was working and couldn’t leave the desk. Parking lot gets full fast and even we paid per night was asked to park at the hotel next to where we stayed which didn’t have security at all. They do not clean the bathroom floors either . Pool area needs improvement. They need to replace chairs in pool area .

Liked: Size of the new room (upgraded to double since the king booked wasn’t available). Location of the site to amenities of Orlando. Clean/ modern.
Disliked: Drinks at the bar. Fridge inside room didn’t work properly. No hooks for bathing towels inside of bathroom.

Would return given a chance.

Liked: Breakfast was very good, coffee was perfect. Location was ideal for my stay, was not going to the parks.
Disliked: TV wasn't working correctly when I arrived. Was told somebody will be up immediately, 30 minutes later I had to remind them. No big deal, but you did ask.
