Liked: The breakfast was good
Disliked: The room was hot, they charged $25 per day to park in a parking lot, they only had one elevator out of three they would allow guests to use, we never got washcloths so I always had to ask for them, the beds were too small, my charges went from $634 to $806 after parking and incidentals (I'm waiting on that to be returned), when making complaints (we weren't the only ones) they did absolutely nothing about them, when the room was cleaned they didn't refill the body wash, shampoo and conditioner so it was a good thing I had brought some, there were brown stains on one of sheets on our bed, it was a big disappointment for the amount I paid for my family and I to stay there.

Liked: Location was okay.
Disliked: Room was very bad. While booking the room showed that there is Kitchenet, but when I checked into the hotel, the room did not have it. The refrigerator was not working, I had to remind the front desk twice to have it fixed. The mattress seemed were sagging a lot. Maybe they are too old. The placement of toilet paper in bathroom was such that a kid would not be able to reach it. Breakfast did not have any vegetarian or vegan cooked items. The hotel disappointed my family and me during our dream visit to Orlando.
