Liked: The breakfast is ok, not bad not great either, but having a free breakfast is already a bonus.
Disliked: I booked a king sized bedroom based on the spacious picture but we got a smaller room with a king sized bed. We also booked for 2 rooms to be next to each other so our kids can play together , but they were on the other wing side of the building and we dont feel safe making our kids play in one of the rooms if the room is farther.

Liked: Close proximity to Walt Disney Resorts. The area has nice restaurants and shopping nearby.
Disliked: The room had a foul odor that wasn't resolved during our stay. Had it looked into once but ignored the following times we brought it up to their attention. The hotel is pretty busy, especially during breakfast hours. The pool is great, very spacious and entertaining for the the kiddos. Overall a good stay with the exception of that unresolved matter in our room.

Disliked: 1. Do not want to be "pitched" Mariott Vacation Club" while standing in line to check in after a long drive to reach this hotel, how tacky, and nobody should be fooled with a timeshare presentation for a free gift or low cost disney ticket. I am ashamed of them for using this tactic., and also handing out "fake coupons" at Breakfast to consumers telling them to go to their desk for a free gift after they eat to be pitched yet again. Can these people get a life? 2. The breakfast was an embarrassment, how unimaginative, ownership/management have specifically looked to cut this to the core and lowest price for their guests. I will not be returning since this was the low point of our stay, no quality food. Same food day after day. Where is the Fruits? (how about a Ham/Cheese tray), it is very disorganized and they waste counter space on 2 sides. Bagged eggs, and frozen muffins. Get it together Springhill Suites.
