Liked: Clean, room huge, comfortable

Nice well equipped, affordable hotel...

Liked: Staff were really nice ... right from the receptionists to all the other staff there, very polite and professional.
Disliked: Perhaps more of a restaurant feel inside the hotel so you didn't feel as though you had to be in your bathing suit to have dinner.

Comfortable and convenient, but a...

Liked: It was centrally located to a lot of shops and amusement parks, also provided a shuttle service to many parks. The suites itself was very comfortable and spacious. The tv offered Netflix which was nice, breakfast was also included and there was a great variety each morning.
Disliked: Room service was not provided at any point of my four night stay. We had to ask the front desk for toilet paper, no one came in to give my family and I clean towels, toilet paper, or just to tidy up the beds. I also wasn't aware of the $20 parking fee per night. That was a little disappointing considering the $640 holding fee they put on your account. The dryers in the laundry room also did not dry any clothes, i put on for 3 hours, and ended up having to go to a laundromat nearby and pay again for a fourth time. I understand that may not be a big deal but when traveling with children and they go swimming in the pool, it wasn't the best option to leave wet clothes laying around to then put in a suitcase.

Liked: Close to seaworld, very comfortable. Breakfast was really nice. Beds were nice and so weee the showers
Disliked: Shuttle was a bit slow.
