I will never stay at...

Liked: I didn’t want to stand in that long line to wait on such breakfast
Disliked: I was there for three nights and each night my room had little air. It was blowing cool but not cool enough to keep us comfortable. Staff told me that someone would come take a look at it. After speaking to two different employees no-one never came. They never offered another room or even a discount for our very uncomfortable stay. Also when I checked in I made it clear I did want house keeping to clean my room and they didn’t do that until my last day after speaking to a manager.

The perfect place to Disney...

Liked: The room was very comfortable and all the staff were great! A special thanks to the manager, to the front desk Tony and the server Alexi. They made our trip amazing! The breakfast was excellent and even with all the 4th of July rush we didn’t felt any difficulty.
Disliked: The bathroom leaked some water from the shower, but it was manageable.

Liked: The pool was excellent. The breakfast was fantastic. Mickey Mouse waffles made the grandkids happy. The older gentleman cleaning in the breakfast area was the best ever!!!!Got my Disney tickets on site. Young man was helpful getting my tickets on my phone. Close to Magic Kingdom.
Disliked: Everything was fantastic.
