Definitely More Pros than Cons

Liked: The hotel was impeccably clean.The staff members were polite and always helpful.It was also extremely quiet. I had all the ammmenities I needed to be comfortable.Toiletries (soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner) were provided in large volumes..The breakfast that was served was always delicious.I felt safe and comfortable the entire time.
Disliked: The laundry facility had no detergent (at the time), but I suppose that's easily solved by bringing your own or getting some from the nearby CVS, which is only a block away.There is no shuttle service from the airport.

Wouldn’t stay again.

Liked: Good location but further from Sanford Airport than expected. Staff were very welcoming. Decent breakfast.
Disliked: Small beds but comfy. TV/internet was horrible. Remote controls didn’t really work and when they did internet would constantly freeze up. Pool facilities were a bit run down. Heated pool was cold. AC unit next to bed was very loud and didn’t make for a restful night.

Otherwise very comfortable, we were...

Liked: Staff very kind both when we checked in and late in the evening. Mark was very accommodating. We liked the extra sink and the beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: Family did not like breakfast choices, expected scrambled eggs and bacon/sausage. Only other thing did not like was the short toilet, tough to get up off from it, especially for older people.

Liked: Anything
Disliked: Lack of compassion, lack of understanding, and humanity! The customer services is AWFUL! Not professional at all, and the “new management” is the worst. Tried to talk with the manager several times and all the time got excuses like if they were hiding from customers. Front desk lady is mean, disrespectful and unprofessional. Not customer service skills at all.
