Liked: Wonderful customer service! It was the first time I used a hotel that had my room ready well before check in time! I greatly appreciated that!
Disliked: The mattress in our room felt older- it was concaved in the middle and coils were noticeable.

Not Marriott standards

Liked: Took 10 minutes for hot water in shower. Had to flush toilet several times to flush. Room was tight. Difficult to get around bed to the closet. Toilet paper holder on opposite side of room. Had to put toilet paper in the floor. Breakfast was sparse. Had no meat or potatoes. Location is bad. Had to drive thru the Ramada Inn to get to the hotel.

Disliked: Hotel floor was freezing, room had odor like carpet needed to be cleaned.

Disliked: The rooms are a too small for a suite. Barely any walking space in the room between the walls and bed.

Liked: The front desk staff member named Mark was great and I saw the cleaning staff each morning turning over the rooms. They were all friendly, courteous and helpful.
Disliked: Don't believe any of the ratings on the food. As soon as I arrived I realized it would be a questionable breakfast. The food was right in alignment for microwave cooking, what a disappointment and for a Marriott hotel ridiculous. The breakfast was awful and had I stayed longer that 2 days I would have forfeited the 1 day cost for a cancelation and went elsewhere. One of the elevators was out of order which of course made it longer getting to your floor, but it's not too upsetting until finding out the hotel was fully booked most likely due to spring break. The water pressure was low and the temp never reached higher than lukewarm. The staff was courteous, but the food was so disappointing. I really will bail on a reservation if the food is not good. As a result, I will not book this location again, ever. Marriott should do better, has done better and can do better. 🙁 I'd rather go miles out of my way for a hotel with a good breakfast, working elevators and hot water.
