Liked: Nice location, wood floors and the room comes with balconies.
Disliked: Its a nice and new hotel but, it wasn't clean. our room floor was dirty, its hardwood floors which is great I do not like carpet in hotel rooms. The bathroom floor was not moped you could see the trash in the corners in the bathroom and the room.When we arrived our tv wasn't working the maintenance guy try to fix it, taking him over 30 min then he decided to replace the tv we left the room for dinner when re returned the tv was working. After asking housekeeping to clean our room the second day, they did a better job. The hotel is in a great location and has a nice pool area. the hot tub was not working properly. I brought it to the staff attention and she said that she would have someone clean it, you could see the dirt floating on top of the bubbles in the hot tub, I could not bring myself to use it after seeing that for two days straight. One of the reason I chose that hotel because of the hot tub and was so disappointed that I could not use it.
