Disliked: You can’t get more than a couple nights we would of liked to stay a week 😭

The people were nice, but...

Liked: The staff was very friendly. There was a microwave and fridge in the room.
Disliked: The door between our room and the connecting room did not lock on our side, not sure about theirs. The air conditioning was so loud it wasn’t possible to sleep with it on. The room was also situated so when the air was on, it blew right in your face. The side edge of the bed was about 4 ft from the AC unit. There were sliding doors on the restroom and the room with the toilet had the veneer pulling off the edge of the door, from people trying to pull it open because the handle was ineffective. The mattress on the bed was so thin you could literally feel the wire around the edge of the bed. Several of the light fixtures did not work. One of the directional lights in the headboard didn’t work and just spun around when I tried to direct it to something. A large American cockroach ran across the floor during breakfast. Another customer stepped on it, to kill it. When we went to check out, there was no one at the desk. We waited, but no one showed up.

Liked: SpringHill Suites by Marriott Oklahoma City Moore was definitely a favorite place to stay while visiting the city! Loved how clean this place was, friendly staff members, delicious breakfast & great location!

Liked: Nothing special to brag about
Disliked: Microwave had food on it and place needed dusting. They let two kid soccers teams stay and had the elevator packed with kids jumping and banging on elevator and it barely worked after. Had to use stairs each time. Pizza up and down hallway and stairs on the floor. Pool was only big enough for 5 people maybe. Kids running up and down hallways till midnight. Beds so hard I would have gotten better sleep in my car.
