Disliked: Canceled my reservation without telling me. I didn’t know until I got there so I had to stay somewhere else.

Liked: Nice hotel. I was surprised at how nice and roomy the rooms were. The rooms were clean. The staff was nice and friendly. The valet parking wasn't an efficient service. They parked our car when we first arrived at the hotel but every other time we just retrieved our keys from the valet parking staff and walked to our car. When we came back to the hotel sometimes the valet parking staff wasn't at their booth so we would park ourselves and turn keys in to desk staff. The hotel is charging $22 a day to park in their parking lot. It's downtown so they are trying to prevent non-guests from parking there but I feel guests shouldn't have to foot that bill, but whatever. Hot breakfast. Other than that I would stay again.

Disliked: The Lobby had a smell like a wet Animal, it made me nauseous while checking in. Then breakfast was un able to get food there was so many Guest made three different trips at different times last time wasn't even food left.

Would return!

Liked: Clean, being remodeled and rooms were elevated and configured in a very smart and roomy way.

Liked: They charge $22.00 to park your car in a lot/field beside the hotel with no fence. Right beside the interstate. Then you have to tip them online when you check your car out. Even if you tipped the person parking or getting your car.
