Never again

Liked: The bed was comfortable but that was the only good thing. This was rated at an 8.1. It’s more like a 5 on its best day.
Disliked: Ac kept re setting, walls had smears on them, rug was gross, pool looked disgusting even though staff said it was open.

Hometown visit

Liked: The front desk was welcoming and pleasant. They always met us with smiles.Olivia was exceptional. She remembered our names and engaged in light conversation. The staff was prompt in bringing extra towels to the room after hours, and the maintenance department was quick to address condensation noted on our carpet from the AC unit. They were pleasant and returned promptly as stated as they obtained the necessary equipment. The housekeeping staff did a good job of keeping the room clean.The breakfast was warm and fresh with a variety of options.The dining area was clean, and the kitchen staff were pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: The beds were small and not very comfortable. We did get a double bed suite, and our mom slept in one. The other double bed was for my husband and I. It was semi- firm, but we didn't sleep as well as we liked.The housekeeping was every other day. This was not preferred.Another exception is that we had to vacate the room in order to have it cleaned. One day, we wanted to lounge. It would have been good to know up front that rule . We had to inquire about why they were not addressing our room. One other issue was they did not supply another bar of the small soap for 3 on the day the room was cleaned while we were out, so we had to request it from the front desk. These are small exceptions; on the lounge day, we gave them our trash for new trash bags, and we were able to get soap from the front desk later; the day they didn't leave more soap.

Disliked: They do not change your bedding for 5 days, towels every 3 days, had to go ask for them, had to go to front desk to get toilet paper, it was just horrible

Disliked: Paying for parking after booking my stay here.
