Liked: Very convenient for ODU families! The parking garage is directly across the street, and there are two handicapped spots by the front door. Nice continental breakfast

Liked: I felt safe and the room was quiet during the night. All the staff were friendly.
Disliked: The ceiling began leaking over my head in the morning (right next to my head on the bed) which woke me up. I notified the office of this and they seemed concerned, but did not offer immediate help or any price reduction on the room. When something like this happens, it would make sense for part of the room fee to be refunded.

Liked: The pressure of the water. The working ac. The quiet and comfortable room.
Disliked: The pillows were kinda lame, but fine enough. That's about it really.

Liked: Security to access guest floors was good. Parking was convenient. Excellent location for visiting ODU. Breakfast was better than most hotel free breakfasts.
Disliked: Nothing that I can think of at this time.
