Good service bad facilities

Liked: The staff was very friendly and professional. Parking was simple and affordable
Disliked: The place just seemed old and outdated. I’ve stayed at other spring hill suites and this was the least impressive. The couch was dirty, the bathroom walls/ceilings were stained, and the place had a bit of a smell. Not the worst stay, but felt like a 2.5 star hotel at best.

Liked: We were running late and called the office telling them we would be there around 2-2:30am. The gentleman at the front desk said no problem. We arrived at 2:25 and no one was there. We were unable to check in and had to go somewhere else to sleep and we are still being charged.

Disliked: Paying to park you pay a hefty price should be included. Elevators and hallways very warm only one elevator was working on a weekend.

Overall satisfied but next time...

Liked: Stayed for the PBR at the Chartway arena so the location was perfect. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly however the facility itself is outdated and in need of some tending to.
Disliked: 1 of the 2 elevators was out of order so the wait time for the 1 elevator was lengthy, the hallways and rooms were slightly musty and the beds were hard as a brick
