Disliked: 1. Was somewhat noisy on weekends, mainly other guests in the hotel were noisy 2. Breakfast is not well organized. Even though there are plenty of food options, one needs to be careful with allergies (no signs for allergies, gluten free breads are mixed with normal bread)3. Not many restaurants near the hotel, taking the metro to Manhattan is the best choice for a good restaurant

Nice modern hotel and good...

Liked: The room was nice, modern and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, and a free breakfast was great to have. Subway station nearby and a relatively easy commute into Manhattan. Great value for money for NYC.
Disliked: It’s not the hotel’s fault but the area around it is extremely unpleasant and didn’t feel safe, especially for me as a solo female traveler. Definitely better to use taxi after dark. Breakfast area was rather small and crowded, and food seemed to run out quickly, especially after 9 am.
