Incredible stay with family at...

Liked: The location was perfect…on the beach and within walking distance to Flagler Avenue’s restaurants and shops. Great spacious layout inside and out.
Disliked: I wish I was able to get a full oceanfront room. However, it was 4th of July week and very busy, so I understand. The partial view was wonderful. I could see the coast up to the jetties and even the lighthouse.

Disliked: 1) The pool and pool area was disgusting for 3 straight days. Hair and sand. Needs to be cleaned daily for this location.2) Room service was not thorough. Not enough towels or toilet paper. Bathroom floor not mopped.3} Location phone number listed on website and receipt was not in service.

Liked: Breakfast was good. More than we thought for a continental breakfast.
Disliked: I got stuck in one of the elevators on the second floor. None of the buttons worked, not even the emergency one. If I didn't have my phone to call my husband, who contacted a maintenance guy, the young man in there and I would have been in there for a long time. I am clostrophobic and was close to panicking. I reported this to the young man behind the check-in desk. He said he would let the manager know. We were never contacted. The location of this hotel is great, but our room, 219, had a noisy air conditioner, and a lumpy bed. Sorry, the price of this room with a view of the parking lot, in addition to the elevator incident, would not make us want to return. Jeri Murphy

Disliked: View, the r9om for being a suite was smallBed frame was broken and no assistance ....they were booked so king bed was pretty much a twin bed for 2 adults since half the mattress was hanging in to the box spring that had zero support. Pillowss.....awful. so unhappy with the stay
