Disliked: Everything was just perfect for our stay

Bait and Switch, reserved a...

Liked: The Valet service was pretty good.
Disliked: Total bait and switch with deceptive business practices. Reserved a King Studio, was "upgraded" to a room with two full beds they claimed were queens. I sleep in a Queen at home, that was a lie. My wife and I had to sleep in separate beds to be comfortable. This ruined my first trip to New Orleans and I will never stay there or any Marriot hotel again. Management offered no compensation. They did not, in any way, try to make it right and claimed that the reservation only guaranteed -a- room, not the room I reserved. Bait and switch.

Two nights in New Orleans

Liked: Great size room. Comfy beds. Good location. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Low water pressure in the bathroom. The shower was cold after midnight.

Liked: I loved the location and the room was pretty nice but my tv was showing blue and that made it hard to watch . When I wanted to just relax I couldn’t watch tv other than that it was a good stay.
