Okay, for the price!

Liked: The hotel was located at the top of Canal, about a 15 walk to Burbon Street. Lots of eateries. Hotel breakfast was good, simple, and always fresh. The balcony and bar upstairs were amazing to see the night life was amazing, The bell hop was so helpful, "Mr. K" Kendricks was so sweet, knowledgeable, and always there to help with a smile. Our check-in with Ms. Cresstar was amazing. She was able to get my entire party of 2 rooms on the same floor.
Disliked: Non working AC unit continued to run non-stop, the price of the hotel was not correct, there was a hidden security fee of 150.00 was added into our total cost. Our room was not ready at 4:30, and staff seemed a little loss. The bathroom door was off the hinges. No ice .aker on 2nd floor, extra, extra firm beds.

Liked: Clean spacious room and comfortable bed
Disliked: Locatin is not too close to the French quarter. You have to either walk or take a taxi if in the evening
