Liked: Front desk staff friendly. Room appeared clean.
Disliked: Rooms are very small and very dated. (Obviously creative photography on website.) Absolute WORST, most uncomfortable bed ever. Also, bathroom is tiny and has no makeup mirror/ makeup light.

A solid stay with great...

Liked: The property was clean, the layout was comfortable, and the staff especially Zack was respectful and professional throughout our stay. He genuinely tried to help with the situation we faced and handled everything with patience.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the hot water stopped working during our visit. We were moved to two different rooms, both with the same issue, and were told there wasn’t much that could be done. While I understand Zack did all he could, I believe the higher-ups should’ve had a solution or better support in place.

Very good experience.

Liked: Located in great location, near plenty of restaurants & fast food, shopping centers, and local historical places. Staff was friendly. Kaya checked us in and made the process very easy and simple. The room was very clean and exceeded our expectations. Lots of room and plenty of amenities. Would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: Coffee was not hot.

Locked out of room although...

Liked: Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Horrible experience at first desk and with Booking.com

Horrible. Spent 5 hours dealing...

Liked: Convenient to interstate
Disliked: Errors at front desk and problems with them understanding my bookings through Expedia and Booking.com. Lady said reservation had been canceled and the other night had been declined. Showed my confirmation papers and my bank info. Ended up having to pay more than I originally paid.

The room was well furnished...

Liked: Easy access to downtown New Bern.
Disliked: The thermostat displayed higher temperature than the room felt. But the room did stay cool.
