Disliked: The room was okay as far as the look. But the room and the hall had an unpleasant ODOR. Really unpleasant. We stayed July 27- August 1. Thursday and Friday night was awful. A motorcycle gang came and was parked right outside our window. Loud noise and music. They lined coolers on the sidewalk then they sit on them talking and hollering extremely loud. motorcycles constantly running

Good amenities but terrible staff.

Liked: Nice rooms and amenities.
Disliked: The staff. They make everything very difficult. I had to ask for toilet paper 4 times until I had to get it myself the next day because nobody brought it to us. They are not sure about their own policies, charges and information so they make it confusing to us. And there are extra wrong charges on one of the credit cards.

Disliked: bed was way too soft and hard to get out of, as a disabled person. Also, not enough electrical outlets convenient to the bed. Room lights were too dim. Also would have preferred an on-property coffee shop or restaurant.
