Liked: Gym, breakfast, location.
Disliked: Room 102 sometimes smelled like a Sewer. I am not sure why. The elevator was broke.

Stay somewhere else.
Liked: Good location. That’s about it.
Disliked: Stayed 3 nights. Checked in, got informed elevator was down. Mechanical issues happen and they waived parking fees. Ok I can live with that and I got 2nd floor so not bad. Got checked in and settled in room. Went to get ice, 2nd floor ice machine down, never repaired. Had to go to 1st or 3rd floor for ice. Had some laundry to do, went down to 1st floor to do laundry, laundry room was out of service so ended up having to go to laundromat. It’s Nashville so traffic everywhere no matter where you go. Went to bed 1st night, wife and I struggled to stay warm due to both stealing covers in our sleep. We don’t usually have that problem. Woke up next day and when we discussed it, we looked and saw that they had twin size blankets on a queen bed. Called front desk and asked for normal bedding and was told all blankets were same size. Never heard that before in my life. Next day we’re gone and come back and housekeeping has refreshed bedding. Lo and behold we had different blankets and they were full size. I thought they didn’t have anything other than a twin? Took kids down to pool, indoor pool was like a sauna but we were going outside so that wasn’t an issue but I looked and there was film and bugs and debris all over the pool. I spent solid 10-15 minutes myself using net to clean the surface. Got in, swam about 10 minutes and noticed a bunch of new surface trash. I checked their skimmer filters and all were full of debris and they weren’t running, it was all just washing out into pool. We left. If we weren’t on a tight time schedule with other priorities we would have left. One issue is one thing but elevator, ice machine, laundry, pool is very indicative of poor management/ownership and poor quality of maintenance at this property. If you want to overpay for a hotel and be sorely disappointed, come stay here. We’ll never stay here again. Marriott as a whole has been declining for a good while now.

Disliked: The elevator was broken and hauling a baby and carrier up and down steps was not easy
