Passable

I truly enjoyed my stay...

Liked: It was clean, spacious and it was very welcoming.
Disliked: There were ants in the room but staff came in and sprayed.

Bad

Liked: Where to start, first off they couldn't find our reservation, even after giving them a comfirmation number and name multiple times. Then they tried to put us in a room that didn't exist ( Wrote and verbally said room 379 but the rooms only go up to 350) and after addressing this issue found they meant to write room 319 which unfortunately had a broken lock( Literally was missing the top cover to the part where you tap the card to gain entry, looked like someone had tried to break in) It was only after having to argue and INSIST on a new room the employees finally put us in a new room (nearly 45 mins later) which turned out was never cleaned after the last guest ( trash not taken out, hair in the shower, coffee maker already used SOMEONE ELSES DIRTY SOCKS ON THE FLOOR) . They ended up comping the room, but save yourself a headache and stay somewhere else!

Very good

Liked: The staff was awesome. The hotel is extremely clean.
Disliked: The breakfast was just ok. The noise at 2 in the morning fri and sat night was absolutely ridiculous. I was awakened both mornings due to extremely loud noise

Pleasant

Disliked: Noticed ants in the bathroom. Thought it was just one but noticed a few more the day of check out. Also found a spider on the bathroom sink on day of checkout. Advised front desk at checkout.

Liked: Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good.
Disliked: I felt parking should have been free. The staff could have been nicer and more helpful.
