Disliked: Good afternoon,For 3 days they did not clean the two rooms we used, from check in we had problems, we were 4 in one room and 3 in the other, there were no towels, no toilet paper, no soap, no water, we had to ask the cleaning staff who were in the hallway for everything. Nobody informed us of anything and when we called reception to ask for help, they did not comply with the requested service, we felt badly treated, I would even say that it is because of racism since we are Hispanics.I also didn’t like that they charge me $600 as a guarantee and that I have to wait more than a week for the return, it’s my money and there’s no right to retain it when I’m canceling in full for the rooms and the consumption I make in the hotel itself.It’s an abuse that they don’t even clean our room daily, we’ve had dirt for Three days, the towels that we had to get on our own we had to reuse.I have paid more than US$2,000.- and I want my money back for the bad service and bad treatment received. We had to stay there because we were a group of moms and daughters who were going on vacation and I couldn’t make the group more uncomfortable with hotel changes, but I will never stay at Spring Hill again, I have felt totally humiliated and mistreated.Give me my money back!!Attentively,Claudia Gamio

Liked: Nothing had to get a new hotel bc glass was in pool. But Savanna was helpful . Happened 2 days before and didn't contact us.
Disliked: Couldn't stay there special bday planning and staying there for location.

Disliked: Lengthy elevator wait time. Conjested breakfast area...a two sided buffet would better serve that many people at once.Outlets needed by the big mirror in the room so two people can get ready at the same time.
