Very good

All in all the stay...

Liked: We love Springhill suites in general. The room size is really nice. We travel a lot for work and to have that extra room to work and not have my to work around another person is great. The rooms are always clean. The downtown located was perfect to visit broadway and the country music scene. The gentleman that checked us in was great giving us information about the hotel.
Disliked: I called in advance to find about parking our Sprinter Van and would it accommodate the height. This was not the case and even if it had the larger parking was already taken so we have to park our van across the street and pay to park. That was a pain because the first night it would only allow us to pay for 12 hours so I had to set an alarm and wake up at 4 in the morning to pay again for the parking so we wouldn’t have a boot on our tire. After the first night it did allow us to pay for 24 hours ;however, I still had to wake up at 4 in the morning to pay for another night.

Liked: Great hotel. If you don't want to pay their parking fee, there's a lot around the corner for half the price.
Disliked: They now charge an additional $20 cleaning fee. I thought the whole point of a hotel is the cleaning is included in the room fee. Plus, I only stayed here one night. I come to Nashville often for work and probably won't stay here again because of this. Otherwise it is a very nice hotel.
