Friends trip

Liked: The room was very roomy and loved the bathroom and walk in closet.
Disliked: No overhead lights.

I would not stay here...

Liked: The staff did everything they could to make our stay acceptable. The facility was completely subpar.
Disliked: The wifi was unreliable. The staff called customer support, who called our room immediately, which was great. However, we kept getting kicked off and trying to reconnect to the network was awful. The CR wanted me to jump through hoops with info from out devices and personal info. I hung up.Wifi was advertised as free. It was basically non existent.The pool had some sort of chemical that turned my children's skin blue. The front desk had no explanation. This was unacceptable.The chairs in the lobby were stained and had food in them. This is unclean.For almost $200 a night, this is ridiculous.

Liked: Super clean and updated. Very comfortable and easily accessed from highway. Pet friendly and reasonably priced
Disliked: Not too many places to walk the dog. Grass was a looooong way from our room!

No hot water.

Liked: Lots of room. Great location.
Disliked: Pillows could be replaced. Hopefully, they can figure out the hot water situation. Checked in for the night and went to take a shower and no hot water.

Great stay for a roadtrip...

Liked: For a family of four, the room was comfortable as we were passing thru on a roadtrip. Breakfast was great!
Disliked: Location was a bit difficult to find and there were no restaurants to walk to; you had to drive to go anywhere.

Comfortable beds, weird room set...

Liked: Beds were comfortable!
Disliked: Bathroom sliding door does not block the light from the bathroom well so if someone wants to sleep and someone else is using the bathroom it is bright in the room.

Facility is clean and staff...

Liked: The easy check in and staff. Location is great!

Disliked: Too loud in breakfast area. Kids out of control.
