Friends in Paradise

Liked: I loved the staff. From front desk to housekeeping, every encounter was welcoming, helpful, and pleasant. My favorite was the front desk makes cookies daily. We missed the cookies a few times and one evening after a long at day at FBU and dinner, the gentleman at the front desk said, “I saved cookies for you.” It was one of the most meaningful gestures we’ve ever received when traveling. I believe the gentleman’s name is Alan. THANK YOU
Disliked: The only problem was the AC was not running correctly in the room. The room temp stayed about 74 degrees. Not overly terrible or unbearable.

We had a comfortable stay.

Liked: Staffs are very friendly. The hotel aisle smells good, the room where we stayed was clean. The bed was just a little slanted but nothing major to complain about. Overall stay was good.
