SpringHill Suites by Marriott Morgantown

I have stayed at a TON of hotels over the years. I never write reviews, but this hotel deserved it. From the moment I arrived to when we left the friendly staff was awesome to deal with. The inside of the hotel was exceptionally clean (and I tend to be very picky about this). Breakfast was pretty typical as far as hotel food goes (eggs, bacon, waffles, fruit etc.) but it was HOT and they continued to fill it up even close to 10 when breakfast was supposed to be over. We had a great stay at this hotel, and I am glad we picked it!

Liked: Everything.
Disliked: Nothing.

Exceptional

Basic hotel

Liked: Convenient for the event we attended. Overall the room was clean and the staff was friendly.
Disliked: The air conditioner unit in our room did not have any knobs/buttons so it was difficult to operate. The wall thermostat did not control the unit.

Quality

Liked: Convenient also close to food nice pool and hot tub
Disliked: Wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the place. Everything looks nice.

Disliked: Jets in hot tub not working nobody took dirty towels I had to go get them the luggage cart was broken

Liked: My grandson Braxton had to have surgery and we wanted to be able to relax and be close to the hospital and within walking distance of stores/fast food. He had a hard recovery and he has been comfortable staying here. We came the weekend before his surgery so he could enjoy the pool and hot tub. Braxton would definitely live here if he could!!
