Springhill is usually a great...

Liked: The location was great but the construction noise from the hotel being built next door was not so good.
Disliked: I requested an early check-in for the top floor. Both requests were denied. Ended up on the 3rd floor listening to people stomp around upstairs during the entire visit. Although signs stated, "No Pets Allowed", I witnessed 3 different people, bringing their dogs into the side doors and taking them up the back stairs. On the day of check-out, I requested a 30-minute extension because I was running behind. This was also denied. At 11:45am, upon returning to the room after taking some items to my vehicle, my key had been deactivated. Had to find a cleaning person to let me back into the room.
