Pleasant

Liked: Beautiful spacious room with comfy bed. Staff were very nice.
Disliked: Air conditioner didn't work well. Breakfast was bare minimum.

Great building and spacious rooms...

Liked: Beautiful, historic building. Ash to walk to restaurants and event I was here for.
Disliked: Could not check in until 4:45 and I had to be showered and get to an event at 5:15. No one seemed to care - just complained that why were understaffed. Room was not the cleanest- mold in shower, hair on bathroom floor, piece of garbage on floor of room. Only paper cups to use.

Great place to stay in...

Liked: Friendly, very helpful staff. Lovely and interesting historical environment. Nearness to museums and restaurants.

Great location

Liked: Great location. Building itself was fantastic.
Disliked: Parking is awkward/not ideal. RoomNext door had tv in really loud/walls must be really thin!

The couch in the room...

Liked: The vibe
Disliked: My prepaid room was not available. Was told by staff there was no rooms at all. After speaking to Booking rep a room magically opened!
