The couch in the room...

Liked: The vibe
Disliked: My prepaid room was not available. Was told by staff there was no rooms at all. After speaking to Booking rep a room magically opened!

Liked: Beautiful property and rooms looked pretty until closer inspection
Disliked: Our curtains were broken and would not close, and the shower would not stay closed so water poured out everywhere on the floor. Couch had sooo many stains on it

Beautiful hotel that's unfortunately in...

Liked: The location and interior design are wonderful.
Disliked: I was double-charged by hotel staff at the time of check-in. Nearly a month later, the front office has refused to take my phone calls and have not refunded me the additional 565 dollars they charged me.

Liked: I loved the uniqueness of the hotel and how large the rooms are.
Disliked: The complimentary breakfast was not the greatest. I expected better quality from a Marriott.
