Overall experience

Liked: Nicely renovated. Convenient location. Large rooms, with high ceilings. Our room was labeled as a river front view, it is most definitely not a riverfront view. Staff did their best to keep up with the amount of customers coming in. Lots of confusion with booking or some customers in front of us had their booking cancelled for whatever reason. The system they use will put your last name first and make it hard for them to find your reservation.
Disliked: The couch in our suite was filthy. The white comforter on the bed had black stains on it too. The bathroom had what looked like dried pee on the floor by the toilet and all but one of the shower products were ripped or fell off the wall leaving large glue spots showing. Was charged twice for the room which is not ideal. Still waiting on getting my money back. They do not want to give you the price that booking.com gives you.
