Liked: Never had opportunity to have breakfast. We stayed next door. at Best Western at another time and did not want to go there again but surprised that SpringHill was in the same area. Attendants/Receptionists were Excellent even though they could not solve issue.
Disliked: Below is my Disputed funds directed to both Navy Federal Credit Union and Citi/Costco Credit Cards:I made reservations for July 21 &22, 2025 through Booking.com at SpringHill Suites in Modesto, CA and charged for 2 nights& 2 rooms $650.54 using the Navy Federal Credit Card. I cancelled one room but then reinstated the other room on the same day. I canceled but then reinstated 2nd room by phone and email to both Booking.com and SpringHill. I calling both booking.com and Springhill again July 10th to make sure the Reservation was still in place and that booking.com had received the amount of $650.54 for 2 rooms for 2 nights. When checking in 7/21st at Springhill we found only one room paid for and no reservation for 2nd room. we were made to pay $349.02 using our Citi/Costco Card for the second room. Booking.com points to SpringHill for refund and SpringHill points to Booking.com for the $349.02 for refund. Excellent and friendly staff keep...

Liked: We always stay at this location because of the outstanding staff. They feel more like friends than staff. There are plenty of other hotels in the area to stay at, but this will always be our place!
Disliked: My only complaint is the clientele at the hotel across the street. They were still partying at 2:00 am. At our age, we don’t feel comfortable coming or going to our hotel.
