Liked: Decent hotel at a good price, close to my meeting. Staff were very kind and tried to be helpful despite the technical issues with the room key system. Would likely stay here again. Most of the experience was fine, and I would imagine the key issue would not be a common one.
Disliked: The room key programmer didn’t work, so we didn’t have any room keys for our entire stay. We made it work by one of us staying in the room the whole time, so we didn’t have much freedom to leave until we checked out. Never experienced anything like that before. No discount of anything for the inconvenience. Found a long dark hair on one of my pillows. Made me wonder if the pillow cases were changed from the last guest. More than likely they were, but still the question was on my mind.
