Convenient stay before flying

Liked: Clean facility, friendly staff
Disliked: Parking spaces were a little bit limited by the end of the evening

Perfect overnight!

Liked: Friendly efficient front desk staff both during check-in and check -our, especially Jean! She knows her job and she does it with Great humor!Also so nice to be able to get a pizza and a drink in the bar once we checked in. The bartender was a perfect personality! The rooms as always, we're clean and comfortable and spacious. It's great to have an extra living area with a couch. We also appreciated being able to use the shuttle service to and from the airport.
Disliked: Breakfast ended at 9:00. When on vacation, I would have appreciated it being open until 10.Could have used a lamp next to the couch in the living area. The big floor lamp was shining too brightly for those in the bedroom area.

Exceptional

Liked: Beds were comfy, and the room was spacious. Second time at this location, will definitely be coming back.

Liked: Clean and reasonable. Great location near airport.
Disliked: The pull out couch was creaky and uncomfortable.

Pleasant

Liked: The location is convenient and it is one of the few hotels that has three beds in one room.
Disliked: Our first room had a strong, unpleasant smell. The staff was accommodating and moved us to another room. The hotel is in desperate need of an update. The carpet was worn out and had holes in our second room and the shower fixtures need replaced.

Disliked: Never had our room cleaned the entire stay, no fresh towels, or toiletries, room was not 100% clean upon arrival, no body wash in shower, no exhaust fan in bathroom- perfect breeding grounds for mold, many of the breakfast items were gone by 7:30, pool key never worked, no parking after 9pm. Not overally impressed considering the price. Moe at the front desk was very nice and welcoming, and that is one positive we experienced.
