A Welcoming Stay

Liked: My stay was great. Jordan was absolutely wonderful. The first room had a odor, he moved me to another room #220 the first room was #213. Had a bad odor and there was some water standing in the tub/shower. I called to let the front desk know, Jordan came up, very nice young man, and kindly escorted us to another room. There was no ice on any of the floors during our stay, but we were able to walk over and get ice from the sister hotel. To Malinda, I didn't get to see her, but thank you so very much for bring so kind when I called early morning to confirm my arrival that day. Wednesday. First trip ever to Minnesota, she was so kind to me. Sorry I missed meeting her. All in all, when I come back to Minnesota, I will definitely choose to stay there again. Thank you So much for a great stay. And also, continental breakfast was nice.
Disliked: We had no ice on our floor, neither did the other floors. But we were satisfied in getting ice from the sister hotel.

Liked: I was really impressed. Room was clean and spacious. Staff were kind and helpful.

Don't prepay on Booking unless...

Liked: The check in was horrible. The woman at the desk was angry, unwelcoming and unhelpful. We booked through Booking and paid before we arrived. She double charged us and it took the the manager the next morning over an hour to fix her mistake. She chewed me out too. The only thing that was okay was breakfast. And that was just okay.
Disliked: Everything. The woman working behind the desk at arrival was horrible.
