Liked: Good location. Nice, clean rooms and friendly staff. Decent breakfast included with the stay.
Disliked: Parking. Also, it was difficult to get to the hotel with our GPS due to roads closed for construction. Although we realized the hotel could not control that.

Nice, spacious rooms. Feels new...

Liked: Our room was very clean, and very spacious. The bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom was excellent, with good lighting, all the towels well-organized, a big mirror, and lots of room. The shower worked just fine, and had hand-pump shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Checking in and out was very quick and easy. The breakfast was pretty simple, but the eggs and bacon were good, as was the fruit. The coffee was good, and available day and night. For those that don't mind a 10-15 minute walk, it was pretty close to the most important places downtown. It was about 20 minutes to the Summerfest entrance, which was just enough to get a feel for downtown, and maybe pass by the museum or the river. It's a little far if Summerfest rejects your backpack and you have to go back to leave it in your room - check Summerfest rules before going!
Disliked: The 7-9 am breakfast was pretty tight in terms of people that like to sleep in or get up early, and the employees can be rigid. A friend was chastised for grabbing some fruit when it was already out, but it wasn't quite 7am. At 9am on the dot, the food is taken away. I was in the middle of making a plate, and stuff disappeared. On the other hand, the staff member saw this, and was happy to help me with whatever was still available.

Disliked: The room temperature was too hot. We tried to adjust the thermostat but it did not work. It was 95 degree outside and the room temperature was 81 degree. We couldn’t sleep all night.

Disliked: We booked a king suite with pull out couch. Reserved for 3 but no bedding provided for pull out. When we called, we had to go down and get it. Not a big deal but paid over $300 for room, thought someone could have brought it up. Otherwise great stay...definitely would stay again for Summerfest.
