Pleasant

Disliked: They switched my reservation from 2 bed queen to a king .I told me they cannot accommodate me with my request because it was all taken. Though my reservation was 2 queen beds. And they didn't clean the room in all my stay .

Very nice and clean hotel....

Liked: The room was excellent. Very clean. The hotel was in general very nice.
Disliked: The staff. Very rude. I had late check out and the manager told me to "get going" and that I "could wait in the lobby." Got a lot of rude looks and was followed out upon exit. Wont return.

Disliked: The room was not cleaned properly. Sometimes missing wash clothes. No Kleenex after one cleaning. Had to call cleaning to be done late in the day.
