Very good

Liked: The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was small but the bed was very comfortable. Convenient to have the fridge.
Disliked: The room was a little outdated and there was something gross on the ceiling above the shower, but the water pressure was great.

It was a nice stay....

Liked: Every single member of the staff I had contact with was extremely polite and welcoming. I liked the location of the hotel as I was in town for a family event and it easily reachable. The breakfast was good and the room was clean.
Disliked: The thermostat in my room always got an error. It turned on and was set to desired temperature and within minutes, error! I did not get to use the heat or ac. It was chilly at night/morning. Warm in the afternoon. I was mostly out of the room and did not have time to report it and wait for a fix. The sofa bed was the most uncomfortable! You felt every spring! I'm of average size and the towels barely wrapped around my body.
