Liked: The breakfast was very good, and the location is convenient. Beds are confortable.
Disliked: It could be cleaner. The carpet of the room was so dirty that i had to wash my sleppers before packing them. The sofa bed was very bad, you could feel the matress innerspring when slepping.

Okay but doesn't really fit...
Liked: It's was an overall alright experience, as expected. Nothing exciting but good enough. Also, appropriately close to New Haven since we came for a Yale-related event.
Disliked: It was advertised as a room that fits four. However, the second bed is a small and uncomfortable couch that can't really fit two people. Unless a single child sleeps there I wouldn't recommend it.

Disliked: The housekeeper was very rude and downright disrespectful. The room was booked for 5. we only had 3 towel sets, and when we asked for more very politely, she told us we had to "call room service because my cart is already set." Mind you, she was standing in front of the linen closet. We called and was told by the front desk we'd have to come get it ourselves because she is by herself. No problem, I guess. But then the housekeeper comes knocks on our door and asks if we took stuff off her cart cause now her count is off and really started getting very indignant! Once my niece told her no and closed the door, the housekeeper kept going talking to her co-worker. Saying oh I know it was them they took it." Blah blah blah. It took the grace of God for me to show her grace by not opening that door and turning the whole cart over and flipping her with it. Let's keep in mind when I very 1st went to her to ask for the extra sets, I said good morning dear, she never even responded. She just walked in the closet, brought out garbage bags, and started handing them to me That's when I clarified what I wanted again, that's when she basically told me no. We made a formal complaint. We were met by a lead person who apologized for her Inappropriateness. It would've been easier to just have supplied us with the proper amount of towels upon booking/arrival.
