Disliked: Could not sleep in the bed, saw a dead bug and multiple different hairs long to short. Totally uncomfortable. Ended up sleeping on the couch which was also very uncomfortable.

Disliked: Asked to check in early at reservation. I received an email that they will do their best. When arrived the receptionist wasnt helpful and I had to wait couple of hours. Eventually I found out the room was ready but she seemed very careless.

Liked: Suite room was big
Disliked: Elevator not working. Bathroom not the cleanest. No towels in pool area. Staff not enforcing rules in the pool or present at all. Glass bottles being brought into the pool area and alcohol present.
