Disliked: Breakfast time pathetic only until 9 AM who the hell travels for vacation and has to wake up at 8 AM to have a breakfast. No one. Both elevators were down and damaged during our stay so we had to use the stairs to take up our luggage and bags. Thankfully, one of the elevators got fixed and then it worked. The lobby was almost always empty without anyone to take care of the guests so you had to start screaming to get someone’s attention. Room cleaning was every other two days so all of the guests had to get their trash out of the room into the hotel hallway so you will get to your room by walking around garbage of other guests. One of the days they didn’t make our room because they didn’t have enough personnel so we had to go downstairs to get and change new towels and linens because no one changed them. Staff looked depressed and uninviting terrible. Feeling to arrive to your hotel every day to see sad people working there whenever they appeared. The shower, the room shower every now and then the shower started making noises like it was going to explode so you had to turn it off and then back on because you felt the tube was going to explode on your back. Oh, and by the way, the toilet spits out if you have the lid up so close it before taking your dump down. The location was good inside the city, but ask me if I’m going to stay there again… never. The cookies at the lobby we’re good.

The cleanliness and nice room...

Liked: Excellent cleanliness very nice room (not the bed)
Disliked: The Bed was like a Rock, I felt like Fred Flintstone, I just came from a cruise ship that has the worst beds ever and was expecting to have a very nice sleep after a week on that ship and the bed was as hard as the rock beds from the ship, that was my only big issue, the rest was awesome

Disliked: I did not like that the water did not turn too hot, it was just warm and than it turned cold while showering, than it turned super hot again.
